About this workshop

Are you an entrepreneur or do you have an idea for a new business? This bootcamp will teach you the business skills to successfully launch and grow your own company.

The workshop will teach the frameworks to build a thorough 6 defined steps! Covering all the bases, from the business model, the strategies and tactics of user acquisition and growth to sales and marketing, hiring and management, operations, business strategy, and more. We’ll prepare you to become your own entrepreneur through the process of diving into an idea, breaking the business into digestible segments, work together to build a MVP plan which you can take home and give you the opportunity to meet and network with other entrepreneurs.

This workshop will be led by Sonya Barlow, who is writing her debut book on how to build a business without a business plan (title in working progress) published in October 2021.
