About this event

Whether deliberate or unconscious, bias makes it difficult for women to move ahead. Knowing that bias exists isn’t enough, action is needed to level the playing field. Together we can forge women's equality. Collectively we can all #BreakTheBias.

In collaboration with the IWD2022 theme for this year, we are bringing together a panel of experts to hold a meaningful dialogue on intersectionality, its impact on diversity & inclusion, and how to steer us towards more compassionate, safe spaces for all identities to thrive.

Will you help break the bias? Cross your arms to show solidarity. At the end of this interactive conversation, we will strike the IWD 2022 pose and share our GA #BreakTheBias image and resources on social media using #IWD2022 #BreakTheBias to encourage further people to commit to helping forge an inclusive world.
