You will need a paid subscription to ChatGPT for this workshop. See the "Preparation" section below for more details.
This seven-hour, online workshop gives you the context and hands-on practice you need to effectively use generative AI for optimizing data analysis.
To kick it off, we’ll talk about the importance of learning AI — regardless of your role or industry — and best practices for recognizing and mitigating bias when using large language models (LLMs).
Next, you'll get your hands dirty developing and testing prompts, performing exploratory analysis, and applying AI techniques to identify trends and insights from your data — then use those insights to make more informed decisions.
Once you’ve got the basics of analysis with AI down, we’ll identify the tools and techniques for creating compelling visuals, and apply prompt and refinement techniques to generate interactive data visualizations. You’ll even use ChatGPT to build a downloadable dashboard.
By the end of this workshop, you’ll have the tools and techniques under your belt to take your work — no matter what it is — to the next level using AI for data analysis.
Please Note: Registration for this workshop will close 48 hours before the scheduled start date.
You’ll need access to one of these paid "Pro" LLMs:
No prior knowledge of generative AI is necessary, however a basic understanding of data analysis will be helpful.
Look out for an email one day before, and one hour before the workshop begins with the Zoom link and workshop prep materials. If you don’t see the email, please reach out to help@ga.co and we’ll get you set up ASAP.
There is no certificate for completing this workshop.
