Jodi-Tatiana Charles, Owner and “Brandographer™” of LCG Brands, a unique brand and marketing consulting firm dedicated to educating entrepreneurs, non-profits, and small business professionals on the importance of growing their personal and corporate brands. With nearly 25 years of executive leadership in marketing, branding and communication successes with high profile organizations including Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce, MassChallenge, Massachusetts Governor’s Office, Massachusetts Conference for Women (MCW), Comcast TV, and Clear Channel Communications/iHeart Radio, Charles has been coined the “Olivia Pope of Boston”. When not working, Charles dedicates her time to children, elderly and cancer causes, through road races, mentoring and volunteering. This year Charles added a third hat, as children’s book author, with her first book, It’s Just A Rug educating children about their heritage. She earned a BA from Suffolk University in communications in journalism with a minor in sociology and a Global MBA from Babson College – Franklin W. Olin Graduate School of Business. JACKELYN DACANAY, founder of THE ART OF FATE graduated from FIDM, The Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising in Los Angeles, CA with a degree in Merchandise Marketing where she learned through real industry research and experience what it takes to succeed in the business of fashion. In 2010, she transferred to New York City and became one of the top 5 sales stylists working for luxury fashion brand Henri Bendel on 5th Avenue. After 7 years of marketing and sales, she decided to leave the corporate fashion world, and move back to her home-state of Rhode Island to start her own fashion brand - founded upon her values of environmental awareness and social good.

Over the last 3 years, THE ART OF FATE has evolved from a concept to a reality, with curated collections available online, in-stores, and at exclusive events throughout the Northeast. Her brand has been endorsed by local and national media publications including Boston Voyager and Selva Beat and she has partnered with several non-profits including The Lady Project, Social Enterprise Greenhouse, and ONE TREE PLANTED that support her commitment to womxn-empowerment and environmental awareness. In addition to managing THE ART OF FATE, she also teaches Social Media Marketing classes at Artisan's Asylum in Somerville, MA. She is now based in Brookline, MA.

We understand that, sometimes, plans change. If you can no longer make it to a class or workshop, please email us at least 7 days before the scheduled event date. No refunds will be given to cancellations made within a week of the class or workshop.
