About this event

Every day for the last decade, 170,000 people have been moved out of poverty, according to the New York Times. As uplifting as this is, the sad reality is that at this pace, we are still not on track to end extreme poverty by 2030.

With ten years remaining until the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) deadline, we face a crucial crossroads to assess what progress has been made on the most important global goals in recent history.

This panel series will focus on identifying and championing local solutions in a number of different countries around the world in order to meet the SDGs. It will feature industry experts, policymakers, and frontline community leaders who are working collectively to tackle the world’s most intractable problems. What will our next step be? And is social entrepreneurship the answer?
