In this workshop, you’ll gain a better understanding of how to negotiate an offer. You’ll reflect on your accomplishments and learn how to frame them in value statements. You’ll learn tools to help you understand the market rate for your role and hone in on your target range. You’ll identify what key aspects of an offer are most important to you and see examples of how to negotiate even when you hear “no.”
To prepare for this workshop, it helps to take five minutes to brainstorm your accomplishments from the last 6 months.
