To learn answers to these questions and more, join career coach Meg Duffy as she leads Negotiation: Know Your Worth and Get That Money. This workshop is for: -Is new to negotiating an offer -Is approaching their annual review and wants to negotiate a raise -Has some practice negotiating and wants to sharpen their skills

In this workshop, you’ll gain a better understanding of how to negotiate an offer. You’ll reflect on your accomplishments and learn how to frame them in value statements. You’ll learn tools to help you understand the market rate for your role and hone in on your target range. You’ll identify what key aspects of an offer are most important to you and see examples of how to negotiate even when you hear “no.”
