Rates of anxiety and depression are on the rise, with 1 in 4 of your employees likely to experience symptoms of a mental illness in any given year. And yet in most workplaces, people suffer in silence fearful that the stigma surrounding mental illness will be used against them when they're evaluated for performance, and will prevent their upward growth. In this panel session, James Pratt (VP of People at Gravity Payments) and a panel of mental health advocates talk about the issues and challenges facing those working with a mental illness, and what workplaces could and should be doing to create an inclusive environment for people with mental illness.
