According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, millennials are now the largest generation in the workforce. Yet, companies have a difficult time hiring and retaining this generation. While millions of jobs remain unfilled, millennials are also struggling to build their careers at the same time. With this, both parties must identify and ultimately work together to fix the disconnect.
