About this event
Despite millions of dollars spent, diversity and inclusion have not improved at tech companies, and women and people of color - especially Black women - continue to leave the industry. What can people do to move beyond individual acts of allyship to become agents who transform workplaces? This interactive workshop is designed for people who care about making their workplace more diverse and inclusive, both for those whose functional responsibility is in D&I and those with a different functional role who care about D&I.
This workshop will be cofacilitated by Corey Ponder, Mansi Goel, and Karen Fleshman.
