Project Destined transforms minority youth into stakeholders in the communities in which they live, work, and play. Scholars gain exposure to all aspects of the real estate investment life cycle while gaining access to real industry professionals, analyzing real opportunities and helping to invest real capital into real estate within their own communities. The Project Destined Marketing, Branding and Presentation Training Session helps scholars and young business professionals speak with confidence and credibility to influence their listeners. The session will help scholars effectively use delivery skills for confident, credible communication, help create clear, concise, action oriented messages and engage listeners and eliminate distractions to enhance retention.
