Project Destined transforms minority youth into stakeholders in the communities in which they live, work, and play. Scholars gain exposure to all aspects of the real estate investment life cycle while gaining access to real industry professionals, analyzing real opportunities and helping to invest real capital into real estate within their own communities. The Project Destined Real Estate Fundamentals Session explores the real estate development and acquisition process. Our session explores both key participants and players in a real estate transaction from ideation to execution. We also explore the fundamentals of valuation and financing a deal.
