About this workshop
In this workshop, we will introduce you to Amazon’s product management “working backwards” approach. The Amazon Working Backwards process is all about starting with the customer, rather than starting with an idea for a product and trying to find customers for it. This workshop will walk students through the process of critiquing and writing a working backwards document, using real world examples and real-time feedback from Amazon Product Managers.
This workshop is ideal for anyone who is developing new products and features for customers, including product managers, engineers, UX designers, and entrepreneurs.
