About this class

A lot has been written about product management and innovation, however creating an effective process around and innovative company is not easy. This means that most startups end up having no structure at all or an excess of management, both options that result in non optimal results.

This class is going to talk about product management principles and processes, and how to distill them down to the level that is necessary for your team. There will be no rule book presented, but principles to guide your decision and insights from 3 years of managing YourGrocer.

This class is ideal for anyone working in a startup, or in interested on how to manage products when rapid innovation is necessary. That could include startup founders, product managers, designers and developers. Also people working in corporate environments that would like to see alternatives to how product management is done in larger organisations.
