As roles continue to hybridize, companies are throwing standard titles out the window. Focusing your search on job titles is limiting, so expanding a search beyond the title is essential.

By using Boolean logic, you can search for roles based on what you want to do, rather than on a specific title. This is the same strategy that recruiters use to find perfect candidates; now you can use it to find perfect roles. Then, after finding the perfect role, we can use the same logic on LinkedIn to find the recruiter or hiring manager behind the role, to make sure that we follow up with the right person.
