Our next event, in partnership with Premier Group, we are going to be talking all things recruiting and diversity! Candidates, clients and recruiters see first-hand how competitive the job market is, so we've pulled together top talent professionals to talk about their processes and structure of attracting and retaining the best talent in the market.
They will be talking about their processes, how to build diverse teams, the impact as well as how to make the recruiting process a great experience for the candidate: from initially attracting them to the role/company, through the onboarding process and how to retain them!
