Here at GA, we often talk about product management and user experience design in terms of tech products — wireframing, agile software development, usability testing. But all those same principles of Design Thinking and Product Management apply not only for tech products but also for products you can touch, hold, and feel. We are going to consider the similarities and differences in the role of design and product management in creating physical products.
