About this workshop

Join educator and seasoned Career Coach, Stephanie Breslin, and learn how to overcome Imposter Syndrome (the internalization that you are a 'fraud' and are unable to internalize your accomplishments). As part of the discussion, you will examine many areas of interest including influence in conflict situations, critical thinking, and topics generally focused on emotional intelligence.

Takeaways Discover how to stop the perfectionism and procrastination that can undermine your success Explore common coping mechanisms “impostors” use to avoid being “found out” and how they work for and against you Learn how race, class and gender contribute to feelings of intellectual

The overall goal of this program is to provide a safe forum in which we can begin to identify and unlearn the self-limiting attitudes and behaviors standing between ourselves and what we say we want.
