About this event

Mentors have a critical role to play in developing the next generation of entrepreneurs and tech talent. Too often, people lack access to supportive mentors. This can lead to missed opportunities to build skills, discover career pathways, or create and nurture successful businesses.

Having a mentor can significantly elevate your professional life at the individual and company level, and can save you from mistakes and embarrassment. Yet, few people take advantage of mentor-mentee opportunities, despite all of the potential upsides.

This session will focus on: - Understanding the value of a professional squad - The difference between a mentor, a coach and an advocate and how to find them - Building your relationship with your professional squad members - Learning how to be a great mentee and exceeding expectations - And more!
