About this class

Decisions are everywhere in business: when to launch a new product? Should we enter that market? Which potential clients should we target? Even if you have the best product and the best team, decisions can make or break your company. Fortunately, you don’t need to have an MBA or a PhD to make better decisions. In the last twenty years, psychology and cognitive sciences have discovered that people making decisions tend to make the same, predictable mistakes, whatever the object of the decision. In this course, we’ll see a few rules of thumb that will allow you to avoid these mistakes and radically improve your decision-making skills.

Takeaways

  • learn how to make better decisions for your business and for yourself
  • learn the cognitive pitfalls of decision-making and how to avoid them
  • Avoid decision fatigue by improving your daily decision “hygiene”

Prereqs & Preparation
