Made in Hong Kong Week, a week to celebrate General Assembly Hong Kong’s third birthday and all the great things being made in our city. We are bringing together people from all backgrounds and industries to foster collaboration through education.
We will bring you a whole week's worth of knowledge through a series of panels, discussions, presentations, and fireside chats. Some of the most exciting companies and organisations in the Hong Kong Fitness, Food, Music, and Travel scenes will be joining us for these exciting events every day.
Panelists from restaurants groups and food-related businesses born in Hong Kong will talk about food tech, sustainability and culture. You’ll hear from leaders from different sides of the food and hospitality industry talk about how and why they began their food journey in Hong Kong, and they will discuss their biggest concerns for food today, including the impact of tech on the industry, sourcing and sustainability, and what the future of food looks like locally.
