Enterprise Director, Hire Digital

Whilst most heads of organisations and their workers started embracing agile and remote teams more recently, Alexis founded Hire Digital in 2015 to provide on-demand talents and teams in areas such as digital marketing, web development, design and media. The high-performing technology platform allows for multiple features such as talent prospecting and vetting, customer relationship management, and enterprise resource planning for client engagements.

Today, she works with hundreds of organisations from Fortune 500 enterprises to growth companies to connect businesses with skilled digital marketers, software developers, and designers on demand. This flexible operational model has been embraced by organisations such as Philips, Unilever and Shopify.

Under her leadership, the company has seen demand grow, with year-to-date revenues quadrupling from a year ago. Consequently, Hire Digital’s team has also expanded twofold to meet demand having completed over 10,000 engagements thus far.

Alexis and her team also recognise skill niches that are high in demand for digital teams, such as data engineers and digital marketers with experience in AI, algorithmic marketing or CDP programs. She envisions an operating model for Hire Digital’s clients, where organisations can leverage a flexible talent platform that would simplify hiring decision making by enabling them to prospect and vet talents quickly. Hire Digital would then be able to manage customer relationships and enterprise resource planning for client engagements.

She was selected as a Forbes 30 Under 30 Asia recipient in its inaugural year in 2016 and Singapore 100 Women in Tech in 2021.
