    About the Instructor

    Yuan Tieming Photo

    Transformation Director | AI & Data Strategy, British Petroleum (BP)

    Tieming is an Enterprise Agile coach with British Petroleum (BP). He is responsible for BP China's electric business and lubricant transformation. His work involves making business entities more effective and efficient through agility.

     

    Tieming was a data scientist at Toyota Tsusho Asia Pacific. His main work revolves around supply chain optimisation, business intelligence and user behaviour analysis.

     

    His data analytics work has transformed Toyota Tsusho's decision-making process, enabling stakeholders to extract information from new dimensions.

     

    His interest in data science started in his university days. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing and Management from Newcastle University Business School and a Master of Science in Business Analytics from the University of Edinburgh.

     

    Tieming is also an agile coach in Toyota Tsusho, where he coaches teams to adopt an agile mindset and enhances team synergy.

     

    Before joining Toyota Tsusho Asia Pacific, Tieming was a senior officer at Singapore Police Force. He has solved death cases, and violent crimes and put serial thieves in prison. He was also awarded the Sword of Honour during his Officer Cadet Course.

     

    He is more than happy to share his journey from pistol to python.

    Shilpa S Nath is the Founder of Women in AI (for Good), a mission-driven initiative empowering 1,000 women to adopt AI responsibly in their personal and professional lives. She’s also the founder of What The Fail, a movement reshaping how Asia talks about failure through community, meetups, and storytelling, and Kali Club, a community for accountable transformation and intentional life design.

     

    During the day, she has a full time job as the Head of Community and Marketing in an AI testing gov-backed company.

     

    She is currently working on her book, S(e)oul Searching: Reinventing your life in your 30s that chronicles her 1-year sabbatical in Seoul, Korea.

    With more than a decade of recruitment experience across APAC, Kenneth has led hiring for senior technology and digital leadership roles spanning Tier-1 technology companies (FAANG/BAT), global financial institutions, and high-growth emerging tech startups.

     

    He previously held leadership positions at several of the world’s largest recruitment groups, including RGF (Recruit Holdings), Hudson, Hydrogen Group, and The Adecco Group where he built and managed high-performing teams while partnering with clients across Singapore, China, Hong Kong, Japan, and Southeast Asia.

     

    Today, Kenneth leads Commercial & GTM at Fuku.AI, Southeast Asia’s first hyper-localized intention-based AI copilot for recruiters.
