About this event

One of the hardest things about user experience design work? Getting people to agree on something! Whether it’s a business priority, which features to build, or how to structure a product, our work is built on figuring out the answers to tough questions. There is a tool that can help, and it’s called KJ Analysis.

In this 45 minute interactive session, Associate UX Director Paul McAleer will talk about how KJ can benefit your design work, your clients, and coworkers. Plus we will go through the entire process during our time together. This is a technique you’ll be able to use the very next day – and it’s going to be a lot of fun too.
