About this workshop

As entrepreneurs and innovators, we often live in our own distorted reality. However, we have to be careful not to lose touch with reality by lying to ourselves. No matter how smart or motivated, we should always be aware of that one deadly pitfall: building something that nobody wants.

Analytics are a data-driven antidote to avoid this fate by helping you make better decisions based on data instead of instinct.

This course is about what should and should not be measured, not merely product analytics. It will also help you to turn data from that insight into actions. Actionable metrics are the goal, not more numbers.

Takeaways

  • What a good metric and what a bad metric is (so you can avoid them)
  • Some data is good, too much can be fatal
  • One ring/metric to rule them all
  • What growth-hacking means
  • How decisions should be data-informed, but not data-driven
