For many of us, feedback is a four letter word that, historically has only ever led to criticism. However, feedback (both positive and negative) is absolutely necessary to create self-awareness and help others grow.
This workshop provides a basis of understanding about the importance of feedback, how to ask for it convincingly, how to receive it graciously, and then how to provide it for others so that it can be constructive and helpful.
