Will founded It’s Nice That just over 10 years ago with Alex Bec while still at university. What originally started as an answer to a university brief to “put something in the public domain to make people feel better about themselves” has now grown into something far bigger. But It’s Nice That still remains true to Will and Alex’s original passion and purpose: to champion creativity. Most recently, they’ve launched Lecture In Progress, a platform to help the next generation of creatives make better career decisions.

Gillian is a transformational leadership expert, working with fast-growing digital businesses who are going through rapid change. Since co-authoring First Time Leader (Wiley, 2014) she has been on a mission to help organisations create the space for leadership to thrive. Alongside her business, she hosts the OverTime Leader podcast, teaches at General Assembly, and is the leadership advisory for Google Campus’ AI start-up residency.
