In this workshop, you will complete a self-asessment to better understand your job search efforts. You will then reflect on your glows and grows for your job search and use those learnings to set SMART goals for the next month. This is really great for job seekers who are feeling like they need to build a new strategy and get more traction in their search.

Students will be more self aware of what areas of their job search they need to focus on. Students will reflect on their strengths and better understand how to get traction in the job search. Students will write 3 concrete goals to work on for the next 4 weeks.
