For so many of us, the idea of giving and receiving feedback makes us uncomfortable, no matter which side of the conversation we’re on.

In this fun one hour session, learn how to deliver helpful feedback, respond to, and open challenging conversations: so both parties feel good.

Learn how to:

• Deliver constructive feedback using the Happiness Concierge Framework
• Open a challenging conversation
• Land on a solution in a feedback conversation

This session is role play focussed, and those who prefer to observe as opposed to participate are most welcome.
