In this dynamic talk, Tania Katan, Axosoft's Curator of Code, will draw parallels between agile principles used in the software development industry and similar methodologies used by artists, authors, and performers of all stripes! Katan will share stories of how being conscious and collaborative leads to innovation, highlighting her own experience as co-creator of the #ItWasNeverADress campaign which is focused on addressing gender inequality in the technology industry and beyond. The talk will conclude with an interactive exercise that will engage the audience in finding their voice and power and using both for good!
