About this class

Part presentation and part facilitated discussion, this class helps you understand your own experiences with introversion, ambiversion or extroversion (from where do you get your energy?) and how this impacts the way you practice UX design. By the end of the session, you’ll come away with a deeper understanding of your own needs and techniques to help you optimise your abilities as a UX designer – working with other introverts and extroverts and getting the most from introverted and extroverted research participants.

Takeaways

  • Identify whether you are an introvert, ambivert or extrovert.
  • Understand what makes a good UX designer.
  • Develop a working toolkit of techniques to support introverts, ambiverts and extroverts in business.

Prereqs & Preparation

Bring your MBTI (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator) results, if you’ve had them done.
