IoT-related internet security attacks are increasingly in the news. Late last year Netflix and Twitter were taken down by DDoS attacks from malware planted on webcams. Recently, the FDA found security vulnerabilities in human implanted cardiac monitors that connect to the internet. In Dec. 2016 parts of Kiev, Ukraine were plunged into darkness after their power grid was hacked in a possible case of cyber warfare.
This month experts from Microsoft Azure, Tempered Networks, Sequitur Labs and Pacific Northwest National Laboratory will be sharing their viewpoints and solutions for IOT cybersecurity, followed by a panel discussion.
