About this event

As technology changes and more media outlets compete for customers’ time, creating an enjoyable experience has become critical to both attracting and retaining users - and so UX has come to affect all areas of business. This class aims to demystify UX by giving a practical and simple introduction to what UX is, while also explaining some of the core concepts of user centered design (UCD). This class will highlight ways in which agencies and corporates that can be educated to create and grow a dedicated UX team.
