About this workshop

Whether you have experience in programming or are looking to get started for the first time, getting involved in the Python community will put you on the fast track to honing your skills. In this workshop, you’ll learn all about Python and how to use it for automating your analytics workflow. By end of the workshop you will have covered: the essentials of programming in Python; the tools of the trade; and hands-on programming experience that you'll be able to immediately apply to data analytics.

Students must bring a laptop with Anaconda pre-installed, ensure you select to download Python 3.5 Graphical Installer (not Python 2.7). Coding experience will come in handy, but is by no means required.
