Juan Sebastian Vasquez is a data practitioner currently working with a digital media company focused on financial services, like refinancing and home purchasing. Juan has been working with data analysis and analytics for more than 6 years, he got his start in data working at the LA Mayor’s Office of Budget & Innovation and he recently transitioned back to the private sector. Juan started his professional career more than 10 years ago working for small and medium sized advertising agencies and also working various roles for an LA-based technology company. Juan is a native of Colombia, and he and his wife own their home in Boyle Heights.
Juan’s areas of expertise include SQL, business intelligence tools like Tableau and Power BI, Excel, Esri ArcGIS online, and he is growing his knowledge and experience in Python.
