Running an ad campaign in Google Adwords is easy. Driving conversions and creating ads that are cost effective is more challenging. This Advanced AdWords workshop expands on the Adwords basics you already know to help make you more competitive, get a higher return on your ad spend and put power behind your campaigns. We will look at conversion tracking, dynamic ads, use of extensions to lower costs and increase click-thru, keyword optimization and refinement, knowing how much to bid, identifying your competition, re-marketing to people who have already visited your site, and much more.
You should already have a good grasp of the fundamentals of Google Adwords, such as how to navigate your account and the basic topics of budget, keywords, ad copy and landing pages. In this workshop, we will begin by briefly reviewing campaign structure, ad groups and keywords. Then we will dive directly into more sophisticated features to help you optimize campaigns. The course is hands on and you must have edit access to a functioning Adwords account (with budget and at least a month or more of data).
