About this class

How does a startup protect its important intangible assets--its branding and technology--from being copied by competitors? With a smart intellectual property (IP) strategy.

Attendees will learn about different types of IP rights (patents, trademarks, copyrights and trade secrets), and how to develop an IP portfolio that will protect their company and products, without breaking the bank. Attendees will also learn about the IP threats that are out there, and how to minimize exposure to them.
