AI is great when it comes to efficiency and reducing human labor, but let's face it, AI isn't 100% accurate, or fair. When it comes to gathering big data for say hiring purposes, research projects, or building programs, many groups are left out, especially women and people of color. There's no complete solution today, but hearing and drawing inspiration from a panel of experts on their thoughts on how we can tackle these issues by using ethical big data practice is a good start!
