    About this event

Ever got a new job, a pay rise or promotion and felt like you didn't deserve it? Worried that people will 'find out you're qualified enough' or 'not deserving of the praise'? You've got Imposter Syndrome, but don't worry we all experience it. Imposter Syndrome or also know as 'fraud syndrome' is defined as a concept describing high-achieving individuals who are marked by an inability to internalize their accomplishments and a persistent fear of being exposed as a "fraud". Join our panelists to hear their own experiences and how they view the phenomenon that is plaguing workplaces across the world.
