Sales leadership has a gender gap problem. Even though women meet their sales goals as well as or even better than men, there’s a dearth of women in top sales roles. Indeed, sales is the one function where women have not been able to make as much headways.
While it’s true the field was inhabited largely by men until recently, it’s about time the word “salesmen” stops being synonymous with sales.
We’ve lined up a panel of women sales leaders who have built and led their regional sales teams to great heights and put to rest the males-and-sales stereotype. They will share about their career journeys and how they clinched the top positions in sales, projects they’ve spearheaded, and trends and opportunities in this function.
This event series is of course open to all genders — anyone who supports the careers of women in business and tech is welcome to attend.
