Two years into the ongoing pandemic, women have made important gains in representation, and especially in senior leadership. Despite the added stress and exhaustion, women are rising to the moment as stronger leaders and taking on the extra work that comes with this by doing more to support their teams and advance diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts.

But even more inspiring, some are shaking up and redefining the workplace as we know it. No longer do they let others decide who they are and how they should work, they are finding their voices and claiming a seat at the table. They are laser-focused on paving their own way and defining their own success, and are doing it unapologetically.

We gather a panel of remarkable women leaders who are redefining what it means to be successful in the workplace. They will share their powerful and personal stories, the barriers and challenges women still face in the workplace and how to embody their own power and overcome them, and how aspiring and current women leaders can define their own success.

This event series is of course open to all genders — anyone who supports the careers of women in business and tech is welcome to attend.
