About this event

This event is part of How We Got There, a FREE virtual event series celebrating outstanding female leaders, innovators, and trailblazers across various industries. Head to the site to see the full schedule!

Technology has long been a male-dominated space, with as few as one in four tech employees being female. What’s even more worrying is that the higher up the tech ladder one goes, the bigger this gender gap gets. Tech can and has to do better. Balancing the playing field produces better teams, better organizations, and ultimately, a better bottom line.

While women today still contend with the challenges of being a minority in their chosen tech fields, they have female mentors and role models who have made breakthroughs and are finding power across the tech C-suite.

Meet the women leaders who are changing the tech game. They will share insights into how they got to where they are today, the unique opportunities and challenges of being a women tech leader, the successful projects and initiatives under their leadership and what’s next in tech.

This event series is of course open to all genders — anyone who supports the careers of women in business and tech is welcome to attend.
