About this event

This event is part of How We Got There, a FREE virtual event series celebrating outstanding female leaders, innovators, and trailblazers across various industries. Head to the site to see the full schedule!

Globally, there has been a big push in the financial planning industry to market toward women, and with good reason. With more women participating and succeeding in the workforce, women are in control of a growing amount of global wealth. However, new data on the financial literacy of women continue to paint a troubling portrait of the gender gap when it comes to money matters, and at a time of widespread financial insecurity.

It’s now clearer than ever that women's relationship with wealth needs a huge boost and women need to get comfortable with their money and taking ownership of their financial future – or we risk half the world getting left behind even as we make progress towards equality in other areas.

Come hear from our panel of financial gurus as they dive into personal finance for women and share tips on how to take an active role in your personal finance, set and stay accountable towards your financial goals, and build a healthy relationship with money to ensure your money works for you and your financial wellness.

This event series is of course open to all genders — anyone who supports the careers of women in business and tech is welcome to attend.
