Learn valuable communication skills from executive coach, Alicia Jabbar. Specifically, we’ll learn a key differentiator of seasoned leaders - the ability to listen deeply to increase your impact. As our ability to listen actively develops, we build better relationships by understanding what is important to those with whom we interact. Participants will walk away with clear knowledge of different levels of listening, how to apply listening techniques in professional settings, and guidance for when to actively choose each level of listening.
