Program Manager, Customer Experience Strategy,
Pamela is an award-winning business leader in the areas of customer experience strategy, diversity & inclusion within the high tech industry. Her commitment to bridging the gap between the innovation economy and historically marginalized communities led her to launch initiatives such as the CyberWarrior Academy, Massachusetts' first certified cybersecurity and machine learning apprenticeship for women, veterans, and people of color. This, together with her passion for real estate investing led her to found Rocena Real Estate Strategies, an investment firm that teaches Black and Latinx youth how to build wealth through real estate and offers scholarships to high school students looking to drive change in their communities. Her accolades include: El Mundo's 30 under 30 Most Influential Latino Leaders Award, Hubspot's L4 Services Award, and Chica Project's Mentor of the Year Award. Her unconventional upbringing and immigration story are covered in The Formula: Unlocking the Secrets to Raising Highly Successful Children by Harvard economist Ronald Ferguson and award-winning journalist Tatsha Robertson. Today, you can find Pamela having a blast traveling the world in her role as Rapid7's Program Manager of Customer Experience Strategy.
David Silva Ossa Co-Founder of Techqueria & Senior Front Dev at Slingshot Health
David Silva Ossa is the Co-Founder of Techqueria and currently Senior Front-End Engineer at Slingshot Health. His background in web development includes co-founding CodeCorgi and engineering at Diamond and Doctor on Demand. David is growing the largest community of Latinx professionals in tech at Techqueria, where people at all levels can connect and network as they build their careers.

Elianne Rodriguez is the Interim Director at Bixel Exchange SBDC at the LA Area Chamber of Commerce, an impact-driven no-cost, no-equity long-term full-service center, specializing in Tech, Procurement, and Disaster Relief. Elianne is a serial DACA entrepreneur with 13yrs of experience in tech, procurement, and small business space.
Elianne believes entrepreneurship and technology are great equalizers to building culturally relevant and inclusive ecosystems. In her current role, Elianne connects diverse talent to opportunities that reflect the intersectionality of Los Angeles across racial, socioeconomic, gender, education, sexuality, and immigration status. She fosters community and drives culturally competent programming to empower entrepreneurs who invest in their community while solving problems. She works with business owners to leverage technology, break glass ceilings, compete globally, and disrupt a wide range of industries including education, healthcare, digital media, artificial intelligence, sustainability, transportation, manufacturing, consumer packaged goods, logistics, green technology, procurement, big data, software, hardware, e-commerce, internet of things, blockchain, social impact, finance, and entertainment.
Bixel Exchange is the Startup Development Program at the Los Angeles Area Chamber of Commerce. The Startup Development Program is part of the larger Los Angeles Regional Small Business Development Center Network, serving the startup community as the resident tech SBDC in Los Angeles, Santa Barbara and Ventura Counties.
Thanks to our partnership with the U.S. Small Business Administration and Los Angeles Regional SBDC Network, the Startup Development Program is a non-equity, no-cost mentorship program. We leverage federal and state funding to subsidize the benefits of the program. That means that our services are completely free, and takes no payment or special rights in your company. The catch? There isn't.
We aim to fuel entrepreneurs with the "I-wish-I'd-known" insights via specialized guidance and resources from our top-notch business advisors. We are here to help drive startups to successfully launch their products and visions.
