In this 90-minute talk, Jim McCarthy presents some of the most popular techniques and teachings from his internationally acclaimed "Happiness Workshop: Find Your Pleasure, Purpose and Peace", as well as his "Goal Setting Workshop: Keep Calm and Get Stuff Done".

Jim has presented his workshops at General Assembly more than 20 times in the past year, from New York to San Francisco, from Washington DC to LA. This talk will include scientific research, anecdotes, and plenty of opportunity for participants to think, write, interact, discuss, learn and laugh.
