But it doesn't have to be this way! “Goal Setting Workshop: Keep Calm and Get Stuff Done ” is a highly interactive, 3-hour presentation and discussion led by Jim McCarthy.  The first hour blends timeless wisdom with scientifically proven methods to reduce your anxiety and raise your confidence. In the final two hours, Jim methodically walks you through a step-by-step process to contemplate, discuss, and write out specific goals for many aspects of your life. And you learn daily habits to help you achieve your goals. Jim brings his unique perspective — as a Stanford MBA, Internet pioneer, world traveler, father, and person living with a cancer diagnosis.
