Take a break from your screen in our free yoga class. Ideal for beginners, this relaxing class will focus on: opening the shoulders and hips, realignment; and strengthening your core. A perfect release for all those hunched shoulders over desks. After class, students are welcome to grab a coffee and take a look round our brand new campus.
This class is open to all levels, and is ideal for beginners with little experience of yoga.
Space is limited, please rsvp, and bring your own yoga mat.
