We’ll cover the fundamentals of design thinking from understanding how UX Design helps businesses improve their bottom line, to defining each phase of the UX Double Diamond: Discover, Define, Design, and Deliver.
By the end of this workshop, you’ll be ready for next week’s session where you’ll learn how to Master User Research and Interviews to get to the bottom of what your user needs and wants. We’ll see you there.
