Want to build awesome software and apps? Agile project management and development methods are being adopted at many development shops-but many struggle to implement it and management struggles to understand its value. This class is an introduction to the fundamentals of Agile and Scrum for anyone interested in Agile; from a developer to manager to a business owner. After learning the fundamentals of Scrum, certified scrum master Stephen Forte will show many real world applications of the methodology drawn from his own experience. Negotiating with the business, estimation and team dynamics are all discussed as well as how to use Scrum in small organizations, large enterprise environments, offshore, and consulting environments.
